Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a leader to manage day-to-day operations of cardiovascular invasive procedure rooms in an EP lab at a teaching hospital. You will direct staff performing EPS, catheter ablations, and device implants, while ensuring top-notch patient care and safety.

The role involves coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, supervising complex procedures, and maintaining EPIC documentation. Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts with weekend/holiday call rotations and a six-week cycle.

Qualifications

• Two years of EP Lab experience required.
• ARRT-R or RCIS (RCES preferred) certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all EP Lab operational and administrative activities.
• Lead staff in performing EPS, catheter ablations, and device implants.
• Supervise pacemaker/defibrillator implantations and lead extractions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure safety and protocol adherence.
• Coordinate pre/post documentation in EPIC and participate in quality initiatives.
