Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, exams, and assessments using best practices.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate.
• Coordinate patient care with nurses, staff, and specialists.
• Explain procedures and test results to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation within three days of visit or discharge.
• Leverage quality improvement and safety standards across the practice.
