CaduceusMedicalRecruitment seeks an Electrophysiology Cardiologist to serve in a leadership role over a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic. This physician will blend advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The Medical Director will guide clinical standards, quality improvement, and operational oversight, while maintaining strong referral networks and advancing EP program growth.

Formación

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, space design and workflow, and standardization of clinical protocols.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians and regional partners.
• Work with clinical teams to establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff.
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment.
