Caduceus Medical Recruitment is seeking an Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiologist to serve in a leadership role overseeing clinical and operational aspects of a multidisciplinary cardiology clinic in the United States. This position combines advanced EP practice with physician leadership in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of practice
• Eligible to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership across electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations
• Collaborate with administration on scope and growth of EP services, equipment planning, lab needs, and workflow optimization
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with clinical teams
• Address clinical and operational issues impacting the medical staff
• Foster a collegial, high-performing clinical environment
• Deliver comprehensive cardiacelectrophysiology care including device management and procedures
• Participate in financial oversight and service line development
• Engage in multidisciplinary committees and cardiovascular service line initiatives
