Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership across clinic operations in electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope, growth, equipment planning, workflow design, and clinical pathways.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and regional partners.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes with the clinical team.
• Address clinical and operational issues affecting medical staff; foster a collegial environment.
