Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in state of practice.
• Eligible for and able to obtain medical staff privileges within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for electrophysiology services and broader cardiology operations.
• Collaborate with administration on EP service scope, growth, equipment needs, and workflows.
• Maintain referral relationships with cardiologists and primary care physicians.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and patient outcomes.
• Support development and implementation of policies and protocols.
