Safehouse Security Solutions is seeking an armed executive protection agent fluent in English and Spanish to safeguard high-profile clients. You will perform close protection, secure transport, and advance security planning for events and travel, maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Required California guard card, CCW, and Exposed Firearm permits, plus First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Touring experience and tollerances for irregular hours are expected; background check and drug testing

Role Description: Armed Executive Protection (EP) (Bilingual English/Spanish) : The Agent will provide a mix of close protection services and RST for high-profile individuals, offering complete security services, ensuring physical safety and maintaining secure environments. Key responsibilities include planning and executing protective operations, conducting advance security preparations, and implementing security plans and protocols tailored to specific needs of each client. Agents will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter unauthorized access, respond to incidents, screen individuals and vehicles, and monitor surveillance system. Driving and transport duties may apply. Meticulous documentation of activities and incidents and reporting safety or security concerns to supervisors is mandatory, as is collaboration and frequent communication with team members. Agents must maintain discretion and integrity at all times. This position may involve travel, so previous touring Experience is an asset. This person can also speak English and Spanish.

Must have Executive Protection and Estate Experience.

CA CCW and CA Exposed Firearm permits are required.

Ideally looking for someone with Armed EP/RST experience working with high-net-worth individuals. This person has tactical or protective driving experience (trailing a plus). This person has risk assessment and/or advance work experience. This person is comfortable handling paparazzi/media situations. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally based on rare client occasional needs.

• · Physical fitness, ability to respond quickly to situations; ability to remain calm under pressure.
• · Proficiency in detailed documentation and report writing is mandatory.
• · Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• · Stellar Customer Service skills; ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public.
• · Must agree to a background check.
• · Must agree to a drug test.

Pay is based on Experience, Performance and Tenure.
