Job summary

EnerSys is seeking an EOS Coordinator in Warrensburg, IL to lead data-driven improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. You will pull and interpret performance data, coach teams in problem-solving, and guide rapid improvement events and Gemba walks to sustain gains.

The role requires Lean experience, data visualization skills, and strong communication. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet regional deployment targets, supporting sustainable performance

Qualifications

Minimum of 24 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to pull, validate, organize, and interpret operational data.
Ability to break down data into meaningful categories and communicate findings.
Proficiency with structured problem-solving methods and data-driven countermeasures.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data-based metrics.

Responsibilities

Execute long- and short-term objectives that support EOS goals.
Partner with plant personnel to identify and eliminate process obstacles.
Pull, validate, organize, and maintain data from production systems and reports.
Read and interpret data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Break down data by site, value stream, line, and shift for actionable insights.
Create data summaries, charts, and visual-management updates.
Apply problem-solving methods (Pareto, 5 Whys, fishbone) to data.
Coach team members in understanding data and countermeasures.
Lead RIEs, Blitz RIEs, and Gemba Walks from prep to follow-up.
