Job summary

Trane Technologies in Pueblo, CO is seeking an on-site EOL test and final assembly technician. You may rotate to different workstations depending on production needs and training, and you must meet takt times while following 5S standards.

Qualifications

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary:

The end of the line test and final assembly process may require the employee to work at any station during the workday dependent on staffing and production demands. All employees may be expected to rotate to different workstations, or they may be required to work in a specific workstation depending on experience, training, and skill level to perform work tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

• EOL Test, Final, and Production Assembly

Key Competencies and Success Factors:

• Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem solving skills

• Must be able to use and work with power tools and power wires.

• Detail oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude

• Must have the ability to keep up with high volume in a fast-moving environment

• Must have the ability to lift 35 lbs. as requested

• Ability to learn more than 1 station

Experience and Skills Required:
