Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a hands-on, on-site assembler to support end-of-line testing and final production assembly across multiple stations as needed by staffing and production demands.

The role requires can rotate between stations, meet takt times, and follow 5S practices while using power tools in a fast-moving environment. Prior 1–3 months of final assembly experience is preferred, with basic math and English reading abilities essential for instructions and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 months of final experience.
• Basic math skills with decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Read and write English for assembly directions, work orders, and safety instructions.
• Completion of forklift training and safety orientation.

Responsibilities
