Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a production assembler for on-site work in Pueblo, CO. The role involves handling production assembly across stations as needed, meeting takt times, and complying with 5S standards to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Qualified candidates will have 3–6 months of experience, Braze certification or willingness to obtain it, basic math skills, and the ability to read/write English for work orders and safety instructions. Forklift training is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–6 months experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Must be Braze Certified or willing to become certified.
• Must understand basic math: decimals and fractions for measurement.
• Must read/write English for directions and safety instructions.
