Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Laboratory Test Specialist in Oklahoma to lead the setup, execution, and documentation of lab testing for data center cooling products. You will work with engineers, technicians, and operations to ensure tests are performed safely, accurately, and in accordance with procedures, standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Experience supporting laboratory testing, product validation, HVAC systems, controls, instrumentation, or related technical activities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Test setup and execution of laboratory plans for product development, validation, reliability, and performance evaluations.
• Laboratory scheduling, sensing, data acquisition, calibration, and maintenance activities.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment including thermal, hydronic, refrigeration, airflow, and electrical test systems.
