Qualifications

• 10+ years in electro-optical systems design and development for aerospace.
• Experience with EO/IR imaging systems and detector selection.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own technical direction for EO/IR payload systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Oversee entire EO systems development lifecycle.
• Evaluate vertically integrated and COTS solutions.
• Develop and maintain optical performance budgets.
