Leidos is seeking a highly motivated EO/IR Assembly, Integration, & Testing Lead in Huntsville, AL to guide cross-disciplinary integration of advanced electro-optical sensor systems. You will coordinate electrical, mechanical, and optical teams to develop and execute rigorous AI&T plans and ensure compliant testing in lab and field environments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree requirements aligned with EO/IR systems engineering.
• Experience in EO/IR sensor systems and multi-disciplinary integration.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Final Secret or Secret clearance.

Aufgaben

• Lead assembly of EO/IR sensor systems across electrical, mechanical, and optical engineering disciplines.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware/software/optical integration.
• Develop and execute assembly, integration, and test plans for complex sensor systems.
• Prepare and execute unit build procedures and work instructions for sensor systems.
• Conduct system-level testing, calibration, and validation in lab and field environments.
• Ensure lab and production environments meet military standards (AS9100).
• Troubleshoot multi-disciplinary integration issues across domains.
• Manage technical interfaces between detectors, optics, electronics, and mechanical assemblies.
• Document integration processes, test procedures, results, and specifications.
• Participate in design/integration reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
• Support system commissioning, acceptance testing, and delivery activities.
• Support manufacturing and production planning.
