JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Digital Product Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing, optimizing, and driving the performance of digital products. This position requires a strategic thinker who can leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience, improve engagement, and support business goals. Working cross-functionally, the analyst collaborates with product managers, developers, and marketers to inform decisions that maximize impact.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, product performance, and key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
  • Product Optimization: Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to enhance the digital experience.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, implement, and evaluate experiments to drive product improvements and validate hypotheses.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI teams, product managers, developers, and marketers to align data-driven strategies with business objectives.
  • KPI Development & Reporting: Define, track, and report on critical KPIs to measure product success and inform leadership.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Provide light support to Marketing Automation team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields. Master’s preferred or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product analytics, preferably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis (SQL, Python, R).
  • Expertise in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital product development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Passion for data storytelling and business impact.
  • Experience working in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital media industries is a plus.
  • Marketing Automation experience in Hubspot/Listrak, a plus.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
