Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Lab Analyst in our Wet Chemistry department to join our team! Our lab specializes in environmental testing and applied analytical chemistry.

Our analytical data has provided support for a diverse range of clientele. The Lab Analyst prepares and analyzes environmental samples (soil, water) following standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to scientific and EPA methodology in compliance with Eurofins Environment Testing America

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related required.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (word, excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Prepare and analyze samples following SOPs.
• Follow quality control procedures as outlined in QA Manual.
• Follow all Health and Safety rules.
• Prepare and maintain standards and reagents solutions.
• Document procedures and results in logbooks and LIMS.
• Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation.
• Interpret and report data.
• Work to meet project due dates.
