Job summary

Purecoat North, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for our manufacturing site. You will ensure wastewater operations meet EPA and state standards while promoting safe, sustainable practices across the plant.

You will develop policies, lead inspections, manage incident investigations, and coordinate training and reporting. This role requires 2+ years in environmental work and a Massachusetts wastewater license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Environmental experience: 2 years minimum.
• Strong knowledge of wastewater operations and EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable procedures.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor environmental policies aligned with EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead incident investigations including root cause analyses.
• Prepare detailed reports on environmental performance and compliance status.
• Oversee training & development programs related to occupational health, safety protocols, and environmental awareness.
• Coordinate workers' compensation reporting with relevant departments.
• Stay updated on changes in environmental legislation to ensure ongoing compliance.
