Aligned Talent Acquisition is seeking an Environmental & Tort Associate Attorney in Dallas for a sophisticated law firm opportunity. The role focuses on environmental law, toxic tort, product liability, and complex litigation at the intersection of these fields.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of litigation experience, strong drafting and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses within a collaborative litigation team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in environmental litigation, toxic tort, product liability, or related matters.
• Experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Experience managing discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, and case strategy.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters and collaborate in a litigation team.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted.
