Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline with relevant experience.
Experience with environmental test and qualification (vibration, thermal, shock, humidity).
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Environmental Test Plans and Procedures for dynamic and climatic tests.
Perform environmental qualification and verification/validation testing at unit and subsystem levels.
Assist in identifying and mitigating test-related risks.
Define and support fixture and harness designs for environmental testing.
Set up and operate environmental test equipment and ensure safety compliance.
Support technicians with test setup and troubleshooting, providing guidance.
Capture and analyze test data and prepare test reports and summaries.
Interface with systems, design, manufacturing, and test engineering to verify requirements.
