Must be 21+ years old for driving safety compliance.

Responsibilities

Respond to scheduled or emergency remediation, mitigation, and abatement projects.
Perform remediation/abatement under direction from the project manager/designer.
Interpret job scopes to determine remediation/abatement needs.
Oversee demolition and cleaning crews up to 10 people.
Set up containment barriers and manage air pressurization as required.
Perform crime, trauma and biohazard cleanup and remediation services.
Track subcontractor labor hours and on-site certificates.
Ensure proper PPE use and safety protocols on site.
Communicate updates with clients, insurers, and project managers.
Respond 24x7 as needed.
