Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Energy Analyst to join its Environmental Sustainability team. This role focuses on energy data analysis, carbon emissions tracking, and supporting sustainability initiatives across a large network of facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for energy analysis
  • Measure performance of sustainability initiatives using baselines and action plans
  • Communicate energy reporting results to stakeholders
  • Conduct trend and variance analysis using utility and emissions data
  • Review utility consumption and cost fluctuations
  • Maintain and support PowerBI dashboards related to energy use
  • Assist with carbon emissions calculations and variance reviews
  • Ensure data quality standards and effective control systems
  • Drive process and technology improvements
  • Stay current with regulatory and reporting standards
  • Collaborate across diverse teams and leadership levels
  • Promote efficiency and automation in reporting tasks
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of reported data
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and independently solve problems
  • Results‑driven with strong accountability and leadership through change
  • Advanced analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
  • Understanding of financial and environmental data management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
