Job summary

Kimberly-Clark in New Milford, CT is seeking an Environmental Engineer to support the Environment and Sustainability program at a manufacturing facility. You will perform administrative and technical duties, maintain regulatory records, and drive continuous improvements in air, water, waste and chemical management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, biology, chemistry, or related field.
• 1–3 years in an environmental, safety, and health role.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with hourly and leadership staff.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations for air, water, waste, and chemical management.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental and sustainability programs at the site.
• Analyze environmental performance data and identify trends.
• Assist with permit and regulatory compliance and internal audits.
• Collaborate with operations to improve environmental performance.
• Promote health and safety culture at the site.
