Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of management or supervisory experience in maintenance, housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, OSHA regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare setting and prioritize resident safety.
