Windemere Healthcare Center LLC is seeking an Environmental Director to lead the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry Departments, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

This leadership role requires hands-on supervision, budget oversight, and the development of preventative maintenance plans while adhering to safety, health, and infection-control regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management or supervisory experience in maintenance, housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, OSHA regulations, and infection control procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare setting and prioritize resident safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations.
