Job summary

EsselEssel Environmental is seeking an Environmental Superintendent to oversee remediation projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on every site in California.

You will supervise field operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, monitor timelines and budgets, conduct site inspections, and prepare detailed reports while collaborating with engineers, clients, and project managers.

• Develop and implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
