Job summary

Anderson Environmental Contracting, LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental Site Superintendent to lead field operations across our environmental construction projects in Oregon and Washington. This hands-on role blends on-site leadership with construction activities and requires coordinating crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality.

• Minimum five years in construction or environmental construction.
• At least two years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, schedules, and documents.
• Strong safety culture and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on remediation, demolition, stormwater, and infrastructure work.
• Organize daily activities based on plans, schedules, and site conditions.
• Coordinate field resources: personnel, equipment, materials, subcontractors.
• Develop work plans and schedules with the Project Manager.
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor quotes and vendor orders.
