Job summary

Eurofins USA Consumer Product Testing is seeking an Environmental Simulation/Mechanical Engineer to interface with clients, manage testing projects from kickoff to report, and perform mechanical design using CAD tools. This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to ISO 17025 standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least four years of vibration/shock testing experience, with proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent industry knowledge.
• Four years of experience in performing vibration/shock testing and other environmental simulation tests.
• Experience with mechanical design and CAD software, such as SolidWorks.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients to assist in preparing for testing and overcoming challenges.
• Schedule and own assigned projects from introduction call to test report.
• Assign and provide technical oversight to test technicians.
• Assist with project scoping, quoting, and ISO 17025 audits.
