St. Mark Village in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking a PRN Environmental Services Technician to maintain clean and safe resident areas. The role offers $15.75/hour plus credit for experience, with shifts that fit your schedule and an as-needed PRN arrangement.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, maintaining floors, following safety protocols, and coordinating with the EVS team. Requires 6 months of housekeeping experience and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35 pounds and perform basic physical tasks.
• Availability to pick up shifts as needed, including some weekends and holidays.
• A courteous, considerate approach with residents, team members and visitors.

• Clean resident rooms and common areas, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal and window cleaning.
• Maintain floors and carpets across the facility by sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting and shampooing as needed.
• Follow all safety, PPE and hazardous-waste handling protocols, and keep resident information confidential.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following established cleaning procedures.
• Keep common areas tidy and report repair or maintenance needs to the Manager.
• Cross-train across all Environmental Services functions, including resident apartments, healthcare areas and floor care.

Schedule: PRN, as needed. Shifts vary to cover call-outs, vacations and busy periods. Some weekend and holiday availability required.
