Monarch Landing in Naperville, IL is seeking a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician for a full-time role (Sunday through Thursday). You will help keep our senior living community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, floor care, trash and recycling, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. High school diploma or GED is required; 3–6 months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Monarch Landing is an award-winning senior living community located in north Naperville. You’ll be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for our residents.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technicianto help keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents, families, guests, and employees.

What You’ll Do

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will:

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.


• Three to six months of janitorial, environmental services, or housekeeping experience preferred.
