Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital in South Boston, VA is seeking an Environmental Services Technician (Part time) for First shift. The role focuses on linen inventory and replenishment, and keeping patient rooms, hallways, and spills clean and sanitary.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (experience may substitute), prior cleaning experience is preferred. You will work with a team to ensure safety and quality care, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; experience may substitute.
• 1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of High School/GED Diploma.
• Previous experience in cleaning preferred; exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned areas in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.
