Cheyenne County Hospital has an opening for a full-time Environmental Service Technician.

Being a part of the EVS team you are responsible for preventing the spread of infection and providing a clean, safe, and attractive environment for patients, visitors and employees.

Duties include:

• general cleaning tasks including patient care areas, offices, hallways in hospital and clinic setting
• operating mechanical floor cleaners
• setting up chairs and tables for special events
• linen services, and maintain quality and meet regulations according to guidelines and recommendations

The full-time position is Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation.

On the job training in environmental services and linen services.

Experience in basic computer skills, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to work as a team, and a commitment to quality.
