Job summary

Camelot of Broussard is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across the facility. The role involves following a scheduled cleaning plan, addressing restroom and common area cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance for environmental service needs.

The position requires at least one year in a commercial setting with housekeeping know-how and a preferred high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• One year’s work experience in a commercial establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.
• High School diploma or equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary, safe, attractive environment.
• Receives assignments from supervisor and follows cleaning schedule for housekeeping department to clean offices, restrooms, activity rooms, kitchens, entrances and exits, and other areas.
• Works with maintenance staff on environmental services requests and infection prevention considerations.
