Job summary

Priority Management Group is seeking an on-site housekeeping worker for our Broussard facility. The role involves cleaning offices, restrooms, kitchens, lounges, and patient areas according to the cleaning schedule and supervisor instructions.

You will assist with maintenance tasks and collaborate with staff to ensure infection prevention and a sanitary environment. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalency and about one year of experience in a commercial cleaning setting.

Qualifications

• General housekeeping/cleaning duties to maintain sanitary, safe, attractive environments.
• Experience with laundry/housekeeping procedures in commercial settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and interdepartmental communication is valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping/cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, kitchens, entrances and lounges.
• Follow supervisor assignments and cleaning schedules; perform terminal cleaning for discharged rooms.
• Work with maintenance to service floors, rooms, baths, lounges, and nurse’s stations; ensure rooms are ready for new occupants.
