Horizon House in Seattle is seeking an Environmental Services Tech with professional housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality. The role requires cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining common areas, resident rooms, and facilities to support a safe, welcoming senior community.

Strong English communication and ability to follow directions are essential; education includes a high school diploma or GED, with training provided on company policies and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Education: High school graduation, GED or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Experience: Minimum one year of professional housekeeping in healthcare or hospitality setting preferred
• Communications: Must communicate in English, follow directions, engage with residents
• Knowledge: Able to use vacuum, cleaning products, broom, mop, cart, and related equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstered furniture
• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, and wax floors
• Dust, wipe, and clean walls, windows, and surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Take out garbage, compost, recycling, and dirty laundry
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and make beds
• Wash and fold resident laundry when needed
• Keep supplies organized and stocked
• Assist with event setup and takedown
