Qualifications

• Preferred: One year experience.
• Can prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
• Can operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting and sanitizing.
• Washes windows, walls, ceilings, vents and light fixtures.
• Sweeps, scrubs and refinishes floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpet.
• Restocks restrooms and replaces light bulbs; reports repairs.
• Most work indoors; may assist with outdoor cleaning; uses ladder when needed.
• Heavy contact with cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
• Removes waste: collect, transport soiled linen; empty trash; dispose sharps; recycling.
