Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services teammate to perform cleaning, disinfection, and waste removal across patient rooms and offices in Pine Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center. You’ll maintain floors, carpets, and upholstery according to procedures and support hospital operations.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, coordinating with teammates, guiding visitors, and occasionally working across sites to cover needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Public service or customer service experience in a hospital, environmental services, or janitorial setting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting and stocking of patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas according to established procedures.
• Responsible for the removal and disposal of linens and waste streams.
• Performs interim and restorative maintenance to hard floor, carpets and upholstery according to procedures.
• Assembles, maintains and stores equipment/supplies that are necessary to complete tasks according to department standards.
• Communicates and collaborates with other team members to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
