Livingston HealthCare is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff at Livingston HealthCare. The shift is 1.0 FTE (40 hours) with 12pm-10pm, Tuesday-Friday, featuring 10-hour shifts.
Compensation includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and $20.00/hr + DOE. The role requires adherence to sanitation standards and physical stamina to perform daily cleaning tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required):
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Medium to medium-heavy according to Livingston HealthCare’s physical demand classifications. Although on occasion an employee may be required to lift, carry, push, or pull objects or patients heavier than said classification, with or without assistance. Occasionally required to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
Medium: Lift: 50 lbs from floor to waist height using proper body mechanics. Lift: 25 lbs from waist height to shoulder height using proper body mechanics. Carry: 50 lbs 40 feet. Push: 50 lbs of force 35 feet. Pull: 50 lbs of force 35 feet.
Medium- Heavy: Lift: 60 lbs from floor to waist height using proper body mechanics. Lift: 50 lbs from waist height to shoulder height using proper body mechanics. Carry: 60 lbs 40 feet. Push: 60 lbs of force 35 feet. Pull: 60 lbs of force 35 feet.
MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT:
Frequently required to operate electrical/mechanical equipment. Use of computer required with competency training
