Job summary

Aramark Environmental Services Lead is responsible for providing work leadership to hourly staff in Aramark Facility Services across assigned areas during events, while also performing hands-on cleaning duties. The role ensures safe, efficient operations and adherence to sanitation standards on site.

The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management at beginning and end of shift with sign-in and supplies.
• Prepare and deliver supplies to support operations and meet staff needs.
• Assess public restrooms and on-call rooms when required.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for quality control and reporting.
• Supervise staff assignments to ensure high-quality cleaning services.
• Provide training, coaching, and motivation to staff.
• Support safety programs and incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and company standards.
