Resthaven is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations. You will manage daily staff performance, schedule daily tasks, ensure cleanliness and safety, and provide coaching to maintain high-quality environments for residents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establishes daily work schedules for housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Oversees environmental services to meet quality and safety goals.
• Provide training and coaching to employees.
• Inspects staff performance and addresses issues with management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with residents and staff.
• Flexibility to respond to off schedule emergencies while maintaining hygiene standards.
