Job summary

About the Role:

• Supervise and Coordinate Team Efforts: As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of environmental services staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness: You will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and public spaces, are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

• Monitor and Implement Special Projects: You will be responsible for monitoring and implementing special projects, such as deep cleaning, equipment maintenance, and facility repairs, to ensure that the facility is in excellent condition.
