Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the environmental services team and ensure sanitary, orderly conditions across the center. You will supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor staff, coordinate with nursing and administration on infection prevention, and maintain records and schedules to meet safety standards.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, knowledge of housekeeping procedures, and the ability to implement programs that improve service quality

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a commercial setting.
• 2+ years in long-term care preferred.
• Moderate travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services personnel and daily work across assigned areas.
• Develop and implement housekeeping program standards and procedures.
• Train housekeeping and laundry staff on cleaning, laundry, and safety tasks.
• Coordinate with nursing and other staff on environmental service requests and infection control.
