Job summary

Experience REQUIRED:

• Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
• Previous work experience in the following areas: facility floor plan and storage areas, 7-Step cleaning procedures, floor cleaning procedures, battery operated equipment cleaning procedures, spray buffing, carpet shampooing, wall washing, commercial vacuum operations, chemical use and dilution rates.

Education/training REQUIRED:

• Must possess reading and writing skills and comprehend and communicate in English

Education/training PREFERRED:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Independent action(s) required:

• Supervises the daily operations and employees in assigned work unit.
• Job duties may include the handling, transportation, access to and/or contact with medications and related supplies

Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable):

• Prioritizes workload/assignments.
• Instructs and trains employees.
• Completes employee performance evaluations.
• Serves as liaison with departments to follow up on services.
• Addresses employee performance issues (e.g. tardiness, absenteeism, etc.).

Additional position requirements:

• Additional work hours and shifts maybe required based on staffing and departmental needs.
• Will be required to work some holidays and weekends as determined by supervisor/scheduling requirements.

Compensation Range

$16.08 - $24.12

Actual salary offers will be based on several key factors to include relevant work experience, credentials, and qualifications.
