Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Environmental Services supervisor in Concord, North Carolina. This full-time role oversees routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for the shift, orients and trains teammates, and manages schedules and staffing issues.

A HS diploma and at least one year in institutional housekeeping are required. Rotating weekends with a 3pm–11:30pm shift, eligible for comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents.
