Job summary

Oceans Healthcare's Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping and sanitation, promoting safety and patient comfort. Responsibilities

• Lead and support Environmental Services team members in daily cleaning and disinfection activities.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure departmental coverage.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and monitor compliance with infection control expectations.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and hazardous materials.
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs and special project requests.
• Partner with nursing leaders and hospital departments to prioritize environmental services needs.
• Participate in safety initiatives, process improvement activities, and department meetings.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellent customer service.
