Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, Inc., seeks a Manager of Environmental Services to lead the department and ensure a sanitary, safe environment. You will drive operations, compliance, and continuous improvement to support patient care.

The role requires managing resources, coordinating staff, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards while delivering cost-efficient services across hospital operations.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in managing environmental services.
• Knowledge of hospital operations preferred; familiarity with financial metrics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads, manages, and coordinates Environmental Services operations within the hospital.
• Ensures sanitary environment and compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Evaluates systems, implements improvements, and reports to the Director.
• Oversees department records, reports, and performance indicators.
• Coordinates and supervises department functions to ensure aseptic, aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, EEOC).
