Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to oversee housekeeping, laundry and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. This role emphasizes leadership, compliance with policies, and coordination with administrators to support resident and client experiences.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision. The position requires physical stamina and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff across shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safety by using protective gear and following cleaning solutions and safety precautions.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, client staff, residents, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
