Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Department Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long-term care facility. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent resident experiences.

You will supervise staff, maintain records, and act as a liaison between building occupants and HCSG. The position requires a high school diploma and healthcare housekeeping supervision experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, push/pull 50 lbs, and stand/sit/bend/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in a long-term care facility.
• Lead light/heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across shifts.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions.
