Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of healthcare housekeeping and supervision experience preferred.
• Maintain effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry duties across varying shifts.
• Coordinate staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Ensure safety by using protective gear and handling cleaning solutions properly.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with supervisors, client staff, residents, and guests.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
