Northgate Health Care Facility in North Tonawanda, NY is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead maintenance operations, ensure a clean, safe, and compliant environment for residents, visitors and staff. You'll supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs within budget,

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year maintenance experience; 3–5 years supervisory maintenance preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, building systems and preventive programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, Life Safety Codes and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, supervise, and schedule maintenance staff and contractors.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, testing, repairs and documentation.
• Ensure OSHA/Life Safety Code compliance and safety inspections.
• Conduct fire and disaster drills and safety trainings.
• Develop emergency preparedness and mutual aid plans.
• Coordinate repairs and manage budget-aware purchasing.
• Collaborate with department leaders for a safe environment.
• Attend management and safety meetings and perform additional duties.
