Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join as an Environmental Services Manager in Training, a paid 12-week program that teaches you to manage your own account and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care at a long-term care facility.

You will gain hands-on supervision plus computer-based training, with opportunities to advance within HCSG as you develop leadership and regulatory compliance skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must have computer skills to maintain records and complete reports (web-based reporting).
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff.
• Learn to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives.
• All other duties as assigned.
